Craftsman Custom Homes is a group of associated architects, engineers, interior designers, construction specialists and building contractors located in different parts of the world that work together to provide unique and useable designs and high quality buildings for our clients wherever they are needed. We provide design and construction services on a global scale.

Do you collaborate with other Architects & Designers?

Our group of associated architects, engineers and construction specialists design and/or build houses in many different locations and often collaborate in order to meet the needs and wants of our clients, for example, when a client wants a Japanese style house our lead architect for the project will collaborate with our associate architect in Japan in order to provide the most authentic and useable design possible for our client. When a client wants a Santa Fe style house our lead architect for the project will collaborate with our associate architect in the Santa Fe area. When a client wants a replica of a French Chateau our lead architect will collaborate with our associate architect in France. Our group also includes specialists that provide assistance with unique projects, for example when a client wants a house shaped like a plane or jet our lead architect will collaborate with an aerospace engineer. When a client wants to build a house from exotic building materials such as titanium or a high tech plastic composite material our lead architect will collaborate with engineers and material scientists that specialize in titanium or plastic composite building materials. Craftsman Custom Homes and its associates have been designing and building custom homes for many years. We feel that the collaborative approach to architectural design and engineering produces the most unique and useable designs. We are always searching for exceptional architects, engineers, designers and building contractors in order to expand our core competencies and our global reach.

What is a custom home?

We design and/or build custom homes that are specifically designed to meet the lot limitations, geological conditions and local building codes as well as the needs and wants of our clients. We do everything possible to take advantage of what the building lot, surroundings and environment have to offer. We provide architectural design and construction services wherever our clients need them. We have architects, engineers, interior designers and construction crews in Hawaii that can design and build your home. Work and information requests received at Craftsman Custom Homes website are forwarded to our architects, engineers and construction specialists in the geographic area where services are needed. Our project manager in Hawaii is Kala Kamaka.

Can I build a house with a similar design of one of your houses in your presentation?

Yes, we can design any style house. The photos online are for the purpose of showing our clients the different styles of architecture and to help our clients make decisions. If a particular design is requested and specialized assistance is needed our architect in charge of your project  will collaborate with one of our associate architects that specializes in the design style that is best suited to create a custom design that fits your style and your building lot as well as all your needs and wants.

Do You Do Any Other Type Of Construction?

Yes, we have the capabilities, expertise and experience to build whatever type of project you need. Residential, commercial or industrial, we do all types of construction.
